Greetings, Fellow Prospectors!

Our Annual Christmas party is on Monday, December 9th. Set up and decorating is at 3:00. So far we have Mike Eshelman, Jim Barber & Julie Hanson. We could use a few more! We’ll also need folks to stay after and clean up.

My family will not be there. We’re attending a funeral in Southern California on the 10th.

VP Ed Julian will be heading things up. If you need to get ahold of him, his number is 541-957-8587.

Ed Coutts and Don Munion agreed to cook turkeys and deliver them to the church in the morning. Richard Joyner volunteered to cook one and we were going to do the other. We need someone to buy and cook the second ham and bring it hot or drop it off earlier so it can be heated up. Those providing turkeys or ham can be reimbursed. All we need is the receipt. Meat, potatoes, and gravy will be provided by DCPA while the rest will be Potluck. With the high price of meat, we did not buy any extra. You cannot show up and pay at the door!

A - J = Dessert; K - R = Side Dish; S – Z = Salad or Rolls. This was the only way I could think of to make sure we have a decent variety. IF THERE IS SOMETHING SPECIAL THAT YOU ALWAYS LIKE TO MAKE AND IT’S NOT IN YOUR CATEGORY, PLEASE LET ME KNOW!

It will be held at the Pine Grove Community Church, 1729 Buckhorn Road, Roseburg, OR 97470. The festivities start at 6:00 p.m.

There will be a gift exchange for those who wish to participate. If you bring one, you get one. The recommended Spending Limit is $25.
